What do you do when you have visitors coming over? And no, I am not talking about sharing your wifi password. You want your visitors to feel welcome. Being the great cook that you are, you want to cook amazing food. This Crustless Quiche is just that.
Cooking is all about art and being creative. Especially when you have to cook for your friends and family.
What is a Quiche?
A Quiche is a custard made with eggs, cream or milk, poured into a pastry crust. If you don’t want to make a pie crust, you can definitely make a Crustless Quiche like this one. I love the simplicity of this recipe. You chop your veggies and sausage, whisk the eggs, add heavy cream and of course salt and pepper. Pour all the ingredients into a pan, put it in the oven and voila! Breakfast time.
This Crustless Quiche can be served hot or cold.
I know we are all focused on preparing the Christmas dinner menu, which, of course… Is what we do this time of the year. We all want to have the perfect Christmas dinner, who wouldn’t want to have this delightful roast chicken with lemon and herbs butter for dinner? I wouldn’t want to miss out.
Lastly, I am really enjoying this time of the year. It is so nice to be surrounded by friends and family. It is also the perfect time to write your goals for 2019. One of my goals for next year is to grow spiritually, I want to be the best version of me. What are your goals for the upcoming year?
God bless You.
