I am super excited to share this recipe with you guys. Although I am feeling a little bit under the weather today. Let’s just say I had to make an effort to get out of bed this morning. I have a sore throat and that is the first sign (at least for me) that I am getting sick. No biggie, I should be fine (Lord please help me!)

Cheese Crust? 

This recipe is so yummy. It took me a few minutes to make and no efforts to devour almost the entire pie later (guilt-free, and it feels good).  I mean… who can resist this deliciousness?

This is a very simple recipe (for real).

Provolone Cheese has become my favorite. There are so many things you can do with cheese, like these Keto Chicken Tacos

Flour or Cheese crust?

There are many ways to make Keto Pizza. I am dying to make an Almond Flour Crust. Once I do I’ll definitely share it with you guys.

Seeing all these amazing Keto recipes online inspired me to make this Cheese Crust. I thought this was the easiest way to do it, so here it is.

What do you need to make this recipe?

  • Provolone Cheese
  • Dried Oregano
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Tomato Sauce (sugar-free if on keto)
  • Bacon
  • Jalapenos
  • Grated Parm Cheese

It is a proven theory of mine that the Dried Oregano is the key ingredient here.

The Method at a Glance:

  1. Preheat Oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place cheese on a 12-inch pizza platter. Season with oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bake for 15 minutes or until Cheese melts and edges start getting brown.
  3. Place Jalapenos and Bacon on a small sheet pan. Place in the oven until Bacon gets crispy.
  4. Spread Tomato Sauce on Pizza Crust top with Jalapenos and Bacon. Finish with cheese and chopped Parsley.

Note: If you are on Keto make sure you use sugar-free tomato sauce.

Delicious Keto Pizza recipe made with a Provolone Cheese Crust. Topped with Jalapenos and bacon and finished with chopped Parsley and Parmesa Cheese.


  • 11 provolone cheese slices
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and sliced
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • Step 1 1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2 2. Place cheese on a 12-inch pizza platter. Season with oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3 3. Place sliced bacon and jalapenos in a small sheet pan for about 7 minutes or until bacon gets crispy.
  • Step 4 4. Once the pizza crust is ready, spread the tomato sauce on top.
  • Step 5 5. Top it with bacon and jalapenos. Finish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
