Pesto Chicken

Is there anything better than pesto?

This Pesto Chicken recipe is Keto friendly.

Who’s excited about spring? DEFINITELY ME!

I can’t wait for it to get warmer, I don’t want to complain (totally complaining) but, I do not enjoy the winter. I am an island gal. The sun and summer are my things. Also, this Pesto Chicken is my thing.

For the past few weeks, I have been cooking every day. My favorite cardio is going to the grocery store (FOR REAL). Some people spend money on shoes, I spend it on food (I am ok with that). Being on the Keto diet has opened my horizon in creating new recipes!  Isn’t it what bloggers do anyway?

Classic Recipes

I am always finding a way to turn classic recipes into Keto friendly (I just love it) I daydream with new recipes all the time (Is that weird?) Well call me a Keto weirdo then (cheesy?) That’s cool too.

I must confess I am obsessed with this Pesto Chicken (nothing new).

One of the first recipes I posted was this Pesto Sauce

I followed the same recipe but this time I used Almonds instead of Pistachios.

Pesto Chicken is life! Can we agree on this?
