Simple avocado toast with bacon and balsamic reduction

    1. In a pan or grill, fry the bacon. While the bacon is frying, on a small saucepan pour the balsamic vinegar and the honey over low heat.
    2. Spread butter on the bread and toast it until its golden brown (you can also use the bacon fat)
    3. Peel and mash the avocados making sure there are no lumps and add salt and pepper.
    4. Spread the avocado puree on the bread, top it with bacon and the glaze.
    Recipe Notes

    To prevent avocado oxidation add some lemon juice to the puree.
